NYCC 2023 Funko Fall Convention Exclusives Drop at Hero Stash 0
It's time for New York Comic Con (NYCC) in the US, which means Funko Fall Convention Heavy Metal Halloween Exclusives are coming to Hero Stash!The exclusive Pop! Vinyls will drop on our website at 11:31pm (S.A. time) on Friday 13 October 2023. The late time slot means our retail store won't be open and the launch will be happening Online. Adelaide customers can choose to Pick Up orders in store from Saturday morning.
Our stock will be physically in store ready for shipping or for store collection from 10.00am on Saturday 14 October.
Any remaining website stock will also be available for sale in store from Saturday morning.

In addition to those exclusives, a limited number of retailers (including Hero Stash) will have the following exclusives available. These will not be available to all stores, but we will have them!
We will do our best to help as many collectors get what they want, but unfortunately the nature of exclusives means that they are limited pieces and some products will be sold out in a matter of minutes. We aim to re-stock as many as possible the week after launch.
In order to give as many collectors as possible a chance at securing what they want we will have a limit of 1 of the same item per person for the first hour of the launch.

Q - Can I pre order?
A – No, we are under contractual obligations to not pre-sell any items before 11.31pm (SA time) on Friday 13 August 2023. All exclusives are sold on a first come first served basis.
Q – Can you hold an item for me to pick up in store?
A – We cannot hold any products without prior payment, this is to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
If you would like to hold a product for store collection you can purchase Online and use the Pickup in Store option when you get to the shipping page. Then the product is reserved for you immediately until you can collect it.
Q - Can I purchase multiple of the same product?
A – Not for the first hour, there will be a limit of 1 of each exclusive per person. After 12.30am on Saturday you can purchase as many as you like!
Q – What time will you sell Online?
A – Products will go live at 11.31pm (SA time) on Friday 13 August 2023.
Q – What time will your store open?
A – Our store will open at 10:0-0am (SA time) on Saturday 14 August 2023 with any remaining stock.
Some tips to help secure what you want:
- Have a clear list of what products you want in priority order
- Login to the website before 11:31pm on Friday and ensure that your shipping address is correct
- Remember what time zone you are in and the time difference to SA time
- Redeeming Acorns or using other discount codes may slow you down
- Check out with PayPal/Shop for the fastest checkout
- Remember that some products will be in extremely limited quantities. You may wish to order those straight away before ordering other exclusives.
All stock will be on hand and ready for shipping/pick up straight away. Keep in mind that conventions are our busiest times of the year and there may be minor shipping delays, but all orders will start shipping from Saturday.

We're Back! - New Retail Store Opening 0
Hi Collectors!The last couple weeks have felt like a month, but we are finally ready to re-open our retail store in our new location.
We will be open from tomorrow, Saturday 13 May, 10am-3pm.
There will be some opening day specials in store;
- Remaining Pop! Vinyl Mystery Boxes, $20 off each box ($45 ea.)
- 10% Off all Funko
- 20% Off all Pokemon Singles (including graded cards)
The new shop is located at 4/645 Lower North East Road, Paradise, SA 5075.
We still have a few things to do to the new shop, but are ready enough to re-open.
The store trading hours are being evaluated and most likely changed in the near future, but for now we will be open as-per the old trading hours:
Monday-Friday - 10:30am-5pm
Saturday - 10am-3pm
Sunday - Closed
We have worked very hard putting the new store together and hope that you will like it.

Our Retail Store is Moving to a New Location! 0
Massive news! Our retail store is moving location!After 7 years on Hampstead Road, we are now moving our retail store to Lower North East Road, Paradise. Our current location has been a great first home, but it is time to step up, join some other shops, and even have on-site customer parking!
We will begin the move from May 1st, which means the next few days will be our last in Manningham. Our last day of trading from Hampstead Road will be Saturday 29 April 2023 from 10am to 3pm. We are unsure of exactly when we will re-open at the new location, but as soon as we have an opening date we will let you all know.
To help make the move easier for us, we are offering 10% Off all Funko products in store until we close on Saturday. Every Funko product in store is valid, but no further discounts apply. This is an in-store sale only.
This is very exciting for us and hope that you will all love the new shop. We will work fast to get it open again and see you all there!
If you have any in store pick up orders during the closure time, please contact us to discuss pick up options, otherwise they will be kept safe and ready for pick up from the new store once it opens.
