This exciting pre-release event at Hero Stash is your opportunity to open the newest set before release day, explore brand-new cards, and experience the latest Lorcana mechanics with fellow fans in a fun, relaxed environment.

Date: Saturday, 8 November 2025
Time: 11:00am start
Entry: $50 per player
Format: Sealed – open 6 Whispers in the Well booster packs and build a 40-card deck
Player Cap: 14 players maximum

What’s New in Whispers in the Well

This set introduces new gameplay mechanics and a brand-new card type known as Whispers, mysterious, partially formed glimmers created from fragments of torn lore pages. Players will also encounter exciting new Disney IPs making their Lorcana debut, including The Black Cauldron and Gargoyles.

How Sealed Format Works

Each player will receive 6 booster packs to build a deck of at least 40 cards.

No colour restrictions – mix any inks you like.
No card copy limits – if you open multiple copies, you can play them all.
New to Lorcana? No worries! We’re happy to help you build your deck, or you can just shuffle up and play. The focus is on fun and exploring the new set.

Round Structure

Up to 8 players: 3 rounds, 45 minutes each (no top cut)
9–14 players: 4 rounds, 45 minutes each, followed by a Top 4 cut with 55-minute rounds

Side Event – Pack Rush

When the main event wraps up, jump into our fast-paced Pack Rush side event for just $18.

Each player receives 2 Whispers in the Well booster packs
Use the provided promo cards as ink, shuffle the rest, and dive straight into battle!
It’s quick, unpredictable, and a great way to test new cards and have some extra fun.

Prizing

All participants will receive:

1x Whispers in the Well booster pack
1x pre-release participation promo (to be revealed soon)

Winner’s Prizes:

9+ players: 1x Whispers in the Well Trove
4–8 players: 2x Whispers in the Well booster packs

Hero Stash is proud to be hosting our official Disney Lorcana Store Championship for the Fabled set.

This is your chance to prove your deckbuilding skills, compete for exclusive prizes, and claim the title of Store Champion.

Event Details

Date: Saturday 18 October 2025
Time: 11:00 AM start
Entry Fee: $35
Player Cap: 16
Minimum Players: 8

Pre-registration is essential due to limited space. You can register through the Ravensburger Play Hub, or contact Hero Stash directly and we can register on your behalf. Please note, payment is taken on the day.

Tournament Structure & Rounds of Play

Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance
Swiss Rounds: 55 minutes, Best-of-Three matches of your choice
Top Cut Rounds:
- Best-of-Three format
- 70 minutes per round for Top 8 and Top 4
- Untimed Final Round

Rounds of Play Based on Attendance:

8 players: 3 rounds of 55 minutes, no Top Cut
9-16 players: 4 rounds of 55 minutes, followed by a Top 4 cut (70 minutes per round, final round untimed)

Deck Lists & Rules

All players must submit a deck list to participate. You can either:
- Send your list to Hero Stash before the event, or
- Bring a printed copy on the day
Deck list sheets are available in-store if needed
Deck restriction: No cards from Sets 1-4 may be included in decks
An official judge will be present on the day in addition to Hero Stash staff to ensure fair play and resolve any questions

Whether you're aiming for the top or just keen to enjoy a competitive day of Lorcana, the Fabled Store Championship is a great way to test your deck, meet other players, and be part of Adelaide’s growing Lorcana community.

Hero Stash is excited to bring you another special Lorcana event - the Mid Season Spectacular Flashback Sealed! Join us on Saturday, 20 September 2025, for a sealed format tournament with a throwback twist.

Event Details

Date & Time: Saturday, 20 September 2025, 11:00 am start
Format: Each entry includes a Lilo Gift Box (5 booster packs) plus 1 extra booster pack from Hero Stash - that’s 6 packs total to build your deck.
- Minimum 40-card deck
- No colour restrictions
- Unlimited copies of cards you pull
- Important: The Lilo promo card in the Gift Box cannot be used in a player’s deck

Entry Fee: $60
Player Cap: 14 players (pre-registration is strongly recommended)

Be among the first to experience Disney Lorcana’s brand-new set Fabled at Hero Stash!

This special pre-release event is your chance to open the set early, play with the cards before release day, and enjoy a fun, relaxed day with fellow Lorcana fans.

Date: Saturday, 30 August 2025
Time: 11:00am start
Entry: $50 per player
Format: Sealed - open 6 Fabled booster packs and build a 40-card deck
Player Cap: 14 players maximum

How Sealed Format Works

Each player will receive 6 Fabled booster packs to build a deck of at least 40 cards.

No colour restrictions - mix and match however you like.
No card copy limits - if you open 5 copies of a card, you can play all 5.
New to Lorcana? No problem - we can help you build your deck, or you can simply shuffle together some of the cards from your packs and start playing. The focus is on exploring the new set, not building the perfect deck.

Round Structure:

Up to 8 players: 3 rounds, 45 minutes each (no top cut)
9-14 players: 4 rounds, 45 minutes each, followed by a top cut of 4 players with 55-minute rounds

Side Event - Pack Rush

Once you’ve finished the main event, jump into the chaos of Pack Rush for just $18.

It’s that time of year again! The San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2025 Summer Convention Exclusives are about to drop, and Hero Stash is part of it.

This year's release includes 10 special edition Funko Pop! Vinyls, all officially stickered SDCC 2025 Summer Convention Exclusives. These are always highly sought-after and made in limited numbers, so once they sell out, we can't guarantee when (or if) they’ll return.
