Holiday Trading Hours 0

It's nearing the end of 2018 and the holiday's are upon us! With only 8 days left until Christmas our retail store will have extended trading hours everyday. Open until 6pm everyday this week and open on both Sunday's to end the year. We will be having a small break from Christmas until December 29, but back for the weekend!

Refer to the calendar for exact trading hours each day.

Black Weekend Discount Codes 0

It's Black Friday sales weekend and this will be our last major sale before Christmas so we thought we would try to change it up a bit.

Instead of a blanket discount for today only we have designed the sale to last 3 days, but wait there's more! Not only will the sale last 3 days, but the discount amount will increase each day! 10% off everything on Friday, 15% Saturday and 20% on Sunday!

Shop Expansion & Mystery Boxes 0

Supanova Adelaide has been and gone and our retail store is open again. We have taken the opportunity of being closed to re-shuffle the store layout and create some more floor space. Over the next few weeks we will be adding more shelving ready for more Pop! Vinyls and collectables. In-store, our vintage range has started. We have a selection of Masters of the Universe loose figures from the 80's and some Star Wars Micro Machines on display. We will be expanding our vintage range in future.





We have also launched our new 3x Pop! Vinyl Mystery Boxes. There are 40 boxes total which include 3 random Pop! Vinyl figures, 2x commons and 1 of the pictured figures. Once these sell out we will make another Mystery Box.
These are available in store and Online now.

Attention collectors and pop culture enthusiasts!

The annual Supanova Comic Con & Gaming event descends on Adelaide this weekend, Friday 2 November - Sunday 4 November at the Adelaide Showgrounds. For the third year in a row, Hero Stash will be an exhibitor at the event.

Most of you would be aware what Supanova is, but for the rest of you it is basically an event where you can meet and greet with celebrities, get autographs and photo opportunities, be part of question and answer panels with the stars, browse pop culture exhibitors and find some great exclusive deals, be part of or watch the amazing Cosplay, interact with Nintendo and other gaming brands, plus a lot more pop culture fun! We have some exciting things in store for visitors to our booth this year. Apart from all of the rare pops and collectables, we will also be bringing original Masters of the Universe action figures from the 80's and will be introducing our very own Mystery Box!

We will have 40 mystery boxes ready to go on Saturday morning where you will have the chance to win rare and exciting pop vinyls. Every box will include 2x common pop vinyls plus an exclusive/rare pop, all of the possible rare pops you could get will be shown on a sign at our booth. Here are just SOME of the possible figures you can get are shown below:




These mystery boxes are sure to sell out fast so make sure you come by our booth before they are gone. Full details about pricing and prizes will be available at the booth. This year we are operating from booth number 4009, save and print the following floor plan for your convenience.




As we are operating from Supanova our retail store will be closed from Friday 2 November until Monday 5 November. We will re-open on Tuesday 6 November at the normal time. Our Online store will also be closed during this time.

New York Comic Con 2018 Funko Exclusives live this Friday at 7am! 0

It is nearly time for the second biggest American Comic Con of the year, New York Comic Con. As most of you would know that means Funko exclusives are coming! We have ordered a lot of stock and will have a large selection of Fall Convention Exclusives available.

It begins this Friday the 5^th of October at 7am (SA time).
We can confirm (barring any shipping delays) that we will have around 45 different Funko exclusives for sale from 7am this Friday. This will include Pop! Vinyls, Dorbz, VYNL, Rock Candy figures, 5-Star Figures and Action Figures.

Some of the exclusive items will be in very limited quantities and will sell out quickly. In order to give as many collectors as possible a chance at securing what they want we will be splitting the stock between our Online store and our physical retail store.  Items which are ‘Out of Stock’ on the website may become available again later on the day as we consolidate store inventory with website inventory.

This is how it will work:

Online
- Our Online store (www.herostash.com.au) will go live at 7am (SA time) on Friday 5 October 2018.
- For the first 2 hours there will be a limit of 1 of the same exclusive per person, any orders with multiple of the same product  will be cancelled and refunded in full. After 9am there will be no limit per order.
- All products listed will be physically in stock and shipped as fast as possible or will be ready for in store pick up immediately.
-  Any items that are “Out of Stock’ may become available again as store inventory and cancelled orders are consolidated with the website inventory.
- Stock levels will be reflective of what we receive prior to Friday. We will be re-ordering again on Friday and re-stocks are due to arrive on Wednesday 10 October.
- Most products will become available again on Wednesday 10 October (subject to change).

In-Store
- Our physical retail store (Shop 2, 79 Hampstead Road, Manningham 5086) will open at 9am (SA time) on Friday 20 July.
- There will be a limit of 1 item per person for the first 2 hours. After 12pm there will be no limit per person.
- Stock levels will be separate from the Online store so if products are sold out Online, they may still be available in store.


We will do our best to help as many collectors get what they want, but unfortunately the nature of exclusives means that they are limited pieces some products will be sold out in a matter of minutes.

Some tips to help secure what you want:
- Have a clear list of what products you want in priority order
- Login to the website before 7am on Friday and ensure that your shipping address is correct
- Remember what time zone you are in and the time difference to SA time
- Redeeming Acorns or using other discount codes may slow you down
- Check out with PayPal for the fastest checkout
- Remember that some products will be in extremely limited quantities. You may wish to order those straight away before ordering other exclusives
- Have fun and if the item sells out, be patient as we will aim to re-stock all products again


Common questions:
Q - Can I pre order?
A – No, we are under contractual obligations to not pre-sell any items before 7am on Friday. All NYCC exclusives are sold on a first come first served basis.

Q – Can you hold an item for me to pick up in store?
A – We cannot hold any products without prior payment, this is to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
If you would like to hold a product for store collection you can purchase Online and use the Free In Store Pick up option for shipping. Then the product is reserved for you immediately until you can collect it.

Q - Can I purchase multiple of the same product?
A – Not for the first 2 hours, this is to give everyone a fair chance so there will be a limit of 1 of each exclusive per person both Online and In-Store for the first 2 hours of launch.

Q – Will you get Chrome Vegeta/Batman and Funko Shop exclusives?
A – We cannot officially confirm or deny any of the products we will be selling, but we will have around 45 different lines which covers most exclusives. We do not anticipate to have any exclusives that are ‘number limited’, e.g. 1000 pieces, 3000 pieces etc.
Whilst we will not be stocking these on Friday we will be working very hard to bring in as many of these type of exclusives as we can from overseas. Whatever we do get will be sold in our rares/uncommons section and only sold once in stock. This will take some time to physically receive products.

Q – What time will you sell Online?
A – Products will go live at 7am (SA time) on Friday 5 October 2018.

Q – What time will your store open?
A – Our store will open at 9am on Friday 5 October 2018.

Q – Will you re-stock sold out products?
A – Yes, we aim to have re-stocks on Wednesday 10 October (subject to change). This may not include all products that are out of stock, but we will do our best to re-stock as many as possible.
