Retail Store Holiday Trading Hours 2021/22 0

We are only a few days away from Christmas and the holiday season beginning.

Our retail store is trading right up to and including Christmas Eve. From Christmas day we will be taking a break and our store will be closed for 2 weeks.
See the above image for exact dates/times.

We will endeavour to ship out Online orders during the store closure, but store pick ups will not be possible until we open again on Monday 10 January 2022.

Thank you for everyone who visited our store in 2021, we will continue to work hard to bring in as many collectables as we can in 2022.

Funko Festival of Fun - NYCC 2021 Exclusives Part 2 0

Funko's Festival of Fun exclusive Pop! Vinyls are coming to Hero Stash this weekend!
This is basically NYCC 2021 part 2. Due to global shipping delays these exclusives were not ready in time for the NYCC launch in October. As such all of the Festival of Fun products will have the Fall Convention 2021 exclusive sticker.

The exclusive Pop! Vinyls will be available on our website on Saturday 4 December at 12.30am (SA Time). Just to be clear, that is AM, which is in the middle of the night (or very early morning) depending on how you look at it.

For this launch, we are allowed to reveal the exclusives that will be available, which isn't usually the case. Take a look at the above picture to see the 10 exclusive Pop! Vinyls coming to Hero Stash. We are still not allowed to pre-sell or hold any of them, so you have to wait until launch time to secure yours, but at least you know which exclusives we will have Online.

We have these products physically on hand now, but as the launch is in the middle of the night, all stock will be sold Online at the time of the launch. Any remaining stock will be available in store from Saturday morning at 10am.

Adelaide customers can purchase Online and choose to Pickup the order in store to avoid shipping costs. Just select Pickup in Store at the shipping screen of the checkout.

Pickup orders will be available in store from Saturday morning and orders that require shipping will also start shipping from Saturday.

In order to give as many collectors as possible a chance at securing what they want we will have a limit of 1 of the same item per person for the first hour of the launch. If you order multiple of the same item during the first hour the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

You can buy now and pay later with Zip or LatitudePay.

Credit Card/Bank Card payments are currently not working at the website checkout, but you can still use a card if you select Paypal. You can enter a card in the Paypal option without an account.

Some tips to help secure what you want:
- Have a clear list of what products you want in priority order
- Login to the website before 12.30am on Saturday and ensure that your shipping address is correct
- Remember what time zone you are in and the time difference to SA time
- Redeeming Acorns or using other discount codes may slow you down
- Check out with PayPal for the fastest checkout
- Remember that some products will be in extremely limited quantities. You may wish to order those straight away before ordering other exclusives.

NYCC 2021 Exlusive Pop! Vinyls Launch Online at Hero Stash 0

It's time for another Funko Virtual Con and this round it's NYCC 2021 Exclusives. The exclusive Pop! Vinyls will be available on our website tomorrow, Friday 8 October at 11.31pm (SA Time).

Normally we would have the stock physically in store at the same time as Online, but due to Global Shipping delays, none of the NYCC Funko stock has arrived in Australia yet. This means that no retail stores will physically have stock in time for the official launch tomorrow night.

Even though we won't have the stock tomorrow, we have confirmed the quantities of each item with the supplier so that we can confidently pre-sell the exclusives and guarantee those orders without any problem. The stock is due to arrive with us the next few weeks.

Since we will only sell the amount of stock that we are guarenteed from the wholesaler (so we don't have to cancel orders), some products will sell out very quickly. If we confirm extra numbers from the supplier then we will update invetory for those items so it is best to keep checking as sold out items may come back in stock throughout the night/next days.

The exclusive Pop! Vinyls will drop on our website at 11:31pm (S.A. time) on Friday 8 October 2021.
