2021 SDCC (FunKon) Summer Convention Exclusives Drop at Hero Stash
Another year without San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) is disappointing, but Funko is still launching their annual exclusives via Virtual FunKon. That means that Hero Stash will have a tonne of 2021 Summer Convention Exclusives ready for sale at the same time as the U.S launch!
The exclusive Pop! Vinyls will drop on our website at 10:30pm (S.A. time) on Thursday 5 August 2021. The late time slot means our retail store won't be open and the launch will be happening Online. Adelaide customers can choose to Pick Up orders in store from Friday morning.
Our stock will be physically in store ready for shipping or for store collection from 10am on Friday 6 August.
Any remaining website stock will also be available for sale in store from Friday morning.
In order to give as many collectors as possible a chance at securing what they want we will have a limit of 1 of the same item per person for the first hour of the launch.
We aren't allowed to reveal exactly what Pop! Vinyls we have, pre-sell or hold any of these so you will have to wait until Thursday night (or check Funko's leaks...).
We will do our best to help as many collectors get what they want, but unfortunately the nature of exclusives means that they are limited pieces and some products will be sold out in a matter of minutes. We aim to re-stock as many as possible the week after launch.

Q - Can I pre order?
A – No, we are under contractual obligations to not pre-sell any items before 10.30pm (SA time) on Thursday 5 August 2021. All exclusives are sold on a first come first served basis.
Q – Can you hold an item for me to pick up in store?
A – We cannot hold any products without prior payment, this is to ensure everyone has a fair chance.
If you would like to hold a product for store collection you can purchase Online and use the Pickup in Store option when you get to the shipping page. Then the product is reserved for you immediately until you can collect it.
Q - Can I purchase multiple of the same product?
A – Not for the first hour, there will be a limit of 1 of each exclusive per person. After 11.30pm on Thursday you can purchase multiple of the same product.
Q – What time will you sell Online?
A – Products will go live at 10.30pm (SA time) on 5 August 2021.
Q – What time will your store open?
A – Our store will open at 10:00am (SA time) on 6 August 2021 with any remaining stock.
Some tips to help secure what you want:
- Have a clear list of what products you want in priority order
- Login to the website before 10:30pm on Thursday and ensure that your shipping address is correct
- Remember what time zone you are in and the time difference to SA time
- Redeeming Acorns or using other discount codes may slow you down
- Check out with PayPal for the fastest checkout
- Remember that some products will be in extremely limited quantities. You may wish to order those straight away before ordering other exclusives.
All stock will be on hand and ready for shipping/pick up straight away. Keep in mind that conventions are our busiest times of the year and there may be minor shipping delays, but all orders will start shipping from Friday.
